Our chefs have reimagined the warmth and nostalgia of the holiday with Ámbar’s distinctive Mexican touch, featuring oak-smoked turkey, tequila-cranberry sauce, queso añejo mash, and a decadent pumpkin white chocolate bread pudding. A thoughtfully curated wine selection will also be available, with pairings chosen to complement each course.
