El Paso's First Exclusive Agave Spirits Tasting Room

Inspired by the revered tasting rooms of Jalisco, the Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park proudly introduces a groundbreaking addition to El Paso's growing culinary scene: the agave Room. This intimate new tasting space has been specially designed to store and showcase ambar restaurante’s premium bottles from what has become the second largest and rarest agave-based spirits collection in north america.

here guests are invited to discover the depth and diversity of more than 800 unique agave spirits, from unique small-batch labels to well-known and award-winning selections.
