Not only is Ámbar Restaurante home to the largest agave spirit collection in North America, but we're also changing the way you celebrate in El Paso, Texas, with our new Tequila Toast program.

Curated by our sommelier, this upscale offering features five specialty tequilas. Choose from a pouring from our rarest bottle, Patrón en Lalique, or opt for 1942 Don Julio, a small batch production.

Whether you're toasting to old times during a bachelor party or paying tribute to the wedding party, the Tequila Toast memorializes the moment through the lens of Mexican culture. Sip slowly and enjoy!

Patrón en Lalique

Patrón en Lalique is an exclusive tequila created in collaboration with Lalique French crystal. For this unique blend, Patron's rarest tequila blend was aged for eight years in American oak, French oak, and sherry barrels. Ámbar Restaurante is home to the only Serie 2 bottle for restaurants and bars in Texas.

Partida Elegante Extra Anejo
Near a dormant volcano in the Tequila Valley lie the agave fields where Tequila Partida sources the agave for its award-winning product. The premium Partida Tequila Elegante Extra Añejo uses the very best Partida estate-grown blue agave, carefully selected and hand-harvested when perfectly ripened with concentrated sugars. Distilled and aged in the finest American oak barrels to perfection.

G4 Anejo Tequila $60
Created by Felipe Camarena, G4 (four generations) is a tequila distilled at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco. The agaves are cooked in one of two stone ovens on-site for 22 hours and crushed in a handmade metal tahona nicknamed "Felipestein." The water used to create the tequila is a 50/50 mix of collected rainwater and spring water. The añejo tequila is aged for two years in bourbon barrels.

1942 Don Julio
Don Julio 1942 Tequila is produced in small batches and aged for a minimum of two and a half years. Don Julio is a handcrafted tribute to the year that Don Julio Gonzalez began his tequila-making journey.

Ambar Patron Reposado
Patrón Reposado is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's aged in oak wood barrels for three to five months.
